This leadership role is responsible for operational execution, performance management, compliance oversight, and ensuring key performance indicators are achieved across the assigned region.This is your opportunity to join Inizio Engage and represent a top biotechnology organization while leading a high-performing field team.What’s in it for you?Competitive compensationExcellent Benefits – accrued time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability & life insurance, paid maternity and paternity leave benefits, employee discounts/promotionsEmployee discounts & exclusive promotionsRecognition programs, contests, and company-wide awardsExceptional, collaborative cultureBest Places to Work in BioPharma (2022, 2023, & 2024)Certified Great Place to Work (2022, 2023, 2025)What will you be doing?Manage the day-to-day operations of a designated team of Clinical EducatorsDemonstrate sound decision-making and judgment across operational, compliance, and people leadership responsibilitiesEnsure all program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded within assigned regionProvide ongoing assessment of regional performance utilizing quantitative and qualitative dataSupport operational execution of all contractual program requirementsMaintain working knowledge of program technologies including CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting toolsPrepare, review, and validate regional reports, spreadsheets, and communications prior to distributionConduct regular field visits with Clinical Educators, including documented coaching and Field Coaching ReportsProvide ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development to direct reportsCommunicate program updates, enhancements, and organizational initiatives clearly and effectivelyEnsure direct reports are equipped with appropriate tools, technology, and resourcesPartner with leadership to support client and internal meetings, offering solutions and insightsMonitor roster changes including launches, realignments, territory changes, and other operational adjustmentsSupport leadership coverage as needed during planned or unplanned absencesUtilize financial and operational data to guide decision-making and control costsTravel within assigned region as requiredPerform other duties as requestedWhat do you need for this position?Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience (BSN preferred)Active RN or RT license required2–3 years of field leadership or supervisory management experienceExperience hiring, training, coaching, and developing talentClinical education experience supporting Healthcare Professionals preferredExperience within a specified disease state or specialty area preferredAdvanced communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to interpret and leverage performance and financial dataMust reside within 60 minutes of a major airportValid U.S. driver’s licenseProficiency in Excel, Word, and OutlookWillingness to travel up to 75% within assigned regionAbility to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipmentAbout Inizio EngageInizio Engage is a strategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner that specializes in healthcare.
