This role is responsible for ensuring all training requirements are met, including new hire, ongoing developmental, and refresher training, while maintaining program quality standards in alignment with Inizio direction.This is your opportunity to join Inizio Engage and represent a top biotechnology organization while driving excellence in training, quality, and performance.What’s in it for you?Competitive compensationExcellent Benefits – accrued time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability & life insurance, paid maternity and paternity leave benefits, employee discounts/promotionsEmployee discounts & exclusive promotionsRecognition programs, contests, and company-wide awardsExceptional, collaborative cultureBest Places to Work in BioPharma (2022, 2023, & 2024)Certified Great Place to Work (2022, 2023, 2025)What will you be doing?Identify training needs by assessing employee performance, program requirements, and quality metricsDesign, implement, and continuously improve robust training programs tailored to program needs using approved materialsDeliver new hire, ongoing, and refresher training within agreed timelinesEvaluate and revise training plans and content to ensure alignment with current direction and standardsMonitor training effectiveness by tracking outcomes and providing regular performance readouts to leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally to develop and revise program-specific SOPs, work instructions, policies, manuals, and business rulesPartner with Learning & Development to support onboarding and orientation initiativesProvide constructive coaching feedback to improve performance and overall customer experienceEnsure all training, compliance, and operational documentation is stored and maintained according to program standards to ensure audit readinessStay current with training trends, adult learning methodologies, and best practicesSupport career development of field team members through structured development planningRepresent the program and Inizio Engage in broader business initiatives as requestedTravel as required for national meetings and program needsPerform other duties as requestedWhat do you need for this position?Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience (BSN preferred)Active RN or RT license required2–3 years of field leadership or supervisory experiencePrevious training experience preferredRespiratory or related disease state experience preferredStrong instructional design and training material development skillsDemonstrated presentation and facilitation expertiseAbility to assess performance data and translate insights into actionable training plansHighly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCritical thinking and creative problem-solving abilityProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office SuiteWillingness to travel as requiredAbility to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipmentAbout Inizio EngageInizio Engage is a strategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner that specializes in healthcare.
