Community: Beacon HillAddress: 2400 S Finley RoadLombard, Illinois 60148Pay Range $115,800.00-$159,400.00+ AnnualLifespace Communities is seeking an experienced Regional Home Care Administrator to lead and support our private duty home care agency operations across multiple retirement communities in our North region, including Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.This role is pivotal in growing our home care business in support of aging in place within our retirement communities. The position provides leadership, oversight, and operational support to ensure high-quality and compassionate private duty home care services to produce high satisfaction and engagement scores and strong financial performance across the region.What You’ll DoProvide strategic and operational oversight of multiple agencies across regions and states, ensuring achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), financial targets, and compliance with approved budgets and P&L expectations.Develop and execute regional strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.Recruit, develop, and retain agency leadership, including Directors and ancillary staff, ensuring effective planning and leadership continuity.Provide coaching and corrective guidance to address performance gaps and promote continuous improvement.Forster a culture of accountability, engagement and ethical leadership across all agencies.Partner with community leadership to ensure residents are receiving best in class services and the highest quality of care.Authorize purchase of supplies, services and equipment for Lifespace Personal Services while maintaining cost control and margin improvement initiatives within budget.Serve as agency spokesperson and community liaisonLead outreach, education, and referral development effortsPartner with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community leadersResolve resident and team member concerns and support collaborationMaintain high visibility and availability to residents, families, and partnersWhat You’ll BringExperienced healthcare management background required2+ years of supervisory or administrative experience in private duty home care, home health, or healthcare servicesStrong leadership, communication, and multi-site management skillsWhy Join Our Space?Regional leadership role with broad impactCompetitive compensation and benefitsGrowth and leadership development opportunitiesMission-driven cultureIf you’re ready to lead home care services across multiple communities and make a meaningful regional impact, apply now to join Lifespace Communities as a Regional Administrator, Lifespace Home Care.Lifespace has enjoyed over 40 years of success, and this is just the beginning.
