As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Industry Marketing department supporting North America initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager Location: Chicago, Illinois What's the Job? Partner with campaign planning and analytics teams to design demand generation programs that produce marketing qualified leads. Manage event strategies, campaign design, and delivery in collaboration with marketing centers of excellence. Serve as a key liaison between industry leadership and global marketing teams to align on business marketing needs and reporting. Analyze program performance metrics and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring messaging and storytelling align with the company's strategic narrative. What's Needed? 7+ years of professional B2B marketing communications experience. Proven skills in messaging, positioning, and campaign management. 2-3 years of team management experience.
