Construction Manager

Our client, a leading construction and engineering organization, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting Engineering, Operations, and Field Project Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent attention to detail, which will align successfully with the organization   Job Title: Construction Manager Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay Range: $76.10 - $83.70   What’s the Job? Coordinate construction projects by developing detailed plans, directing project execution, and integrating technical activities. Present and explain project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and internal stakeholders. Analyze technology, resource requirements, costs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and performance. Confer with management, engineering, production, and marketing teams to define project specifications and procedures. Review, recommend, and approve contracts, schedules, and cost estimates.   What’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience managing construction or large-scale technical projects. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of construction processes, quality control, budgeting, and cost management.
