Construction Manager 2

Our client, Microsoft Corporation a leader in data center construction and operations, is seeking a Construction Manager 2 to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Datacenter Construction & Operations (DCOC) Department, supporting Construction Managers, Design Teams, and DCOC Program Leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Construction Manager 2 Location: Quincy, WA (100% onsite) Pay Range: $54.05 – $59.47 per hour What’s the Job? Manage and maintain project documentation including compliance records, closeout materials, and reporting to ensure alignment with program controls. Support site operations tasks such as Datacenter Access Control, escort scheduling, stop work tracking, and procurement coordination. Assist Construction Managers with field activities—attending site walks, tracking materials, and reviewing logistics and safety plans. Prepare executive-level project reports, meeting documentation, and facilitate clear communication across teams. Support onboarding, training, and integration of new team members into DCOC processes and systems. What’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in construction coordination, field engineering, or project administration. Working knowledge of construction processes, cost management, scheduling, and quality control principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, OneNote) and PMIS platforms such as Procore. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally. What’s in it for me?
