Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of careDeliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and educationMonitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes Qualifications: Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Colorado or currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT degreePassion for evidence-based, patient centered care About: Compensation: $75,000-$82,000 BOEFull-time role averaging 45 patient visits per week.
