ABOUT THE ROLE The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for delivering high‑quality systems design, business requirements, and business cases that support improved business efficiency and productivity across the organization. This role partners closely with managers and staff across a corporate environment and requires a strong understanding of core distribution processes, including Finance, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Warehouse Management. Systems commonly used in this role include JD Edwards (ERP) and JDA/Blue Yonder (WMS). WHAT YOU'LL DO Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements through interviews, data review, and process documentation. Analyze current systems, workflows, and data flows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Translate business requirements into detailed project briefs, requirements packages, and design specifications. Identify and evaluate solution options, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs. Conduct system and user‑acceptance testing, develop test plans, and ensure changes are properly validated before release. Develop training materials and provide end‑user training for new systems or enhancements. Coordinate and mentor cross‑team resources, supporting knowledge transfer and the professional development of team members. Ensure compliance with IT standards, including PM lifecycle, SDLC, QA methodologies, and documentation requirements. WHAT YOU’LL NEED 15+ years of JD Edwards systems design, configuration, and testing experience. Strong experience in core distribution processes: Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Accounting (AP/AR/GL), and Warehouse Management. Ability to interpret, document, and communicate complex business requirements. Hands‑on experience configuring systems, supporting end‑users, and leading testing cycles. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with business stakeholders. Experience evaluating system limitations and proposing process or technical solutions. Ability to mentor others and provide guidance on methodologies, standards, and best practices. Education & CertificationsTwo‑year degree or applicable trade program required; four‑year degree preferred. SCHEDULE & SETTTING Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days in the office / 2 days remote. Travel: Less than 10% expected. Role Type: Individual Contributor (no direct management responsibilities). PAY & BENEFITS Pay Range (Base Pay): $132,261.50 - $161,713.05 Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
