From your first day to your next career milestone - your experience matters.How you'll contributeYou will provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for the Intensive Care, Intermediate Care, and Telemetry units. In this role, you will:Direct daily operations and administrative functions for assigned departmentsDevelop and implement departmental goals, standards, and strategic initiativesEnsure compliance with clinical, legal, ethical, and organizational standardsPromote a culture of safety for patients, families, and staffLead and mentor nursing staff, supporting leadership development and professional growthCollaborate with physicians, hospital leadership, and external partnersEvaluate business initiatives and recommend process improvements or new servicesOversee patient care delivery, technology utilization, and service qualityManage staffing, hiring, orientation, evaluations, and productivityPrepare and monitor departmental budgetsParticipate in safety rounds, huddles, briefs, and debriefsSupport emergency response, disaster planning, and other hospital initiativesDemonstrate excellent customer service aligned with our Mission, Vision, and Values What we offerSupporting and rewarding our team is fundamental to providing great care.
