The Executive Director will be responsible for reopening the community in 2026, rebuilding operations, driving occupancy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating a high-performing team culture. This role requires a leader who is operationally strong, financially savvy, and deeply committed to resident satisfaction and employee engagement.Your Role:As the Executive Director, your role includes providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure exceptional service, financial performance, and a vibrant community culture.
