Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a Full-time Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each resident. Provide motivation, mentorship & instruct therapy staff members in specific PT, OT SLP therapy models.
