What We Offer: Sign on Bonus up to $20,000! Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM; Full-Time Location: Rowan Medical Center - Salisbury, NC; At 266 beds, Rowan is Novant's 4th largest hospital and has been serving the area since 1936.   As an Operating Room RN at Novant Health’s Rowan Medical Center, you’ll be trusted to deliver expert care to our patients during surgery.  From circulating, equipment set up, and managing the OR, your clinical skill, judgment, and adaptability will help drive safe, compassionate care where it matters most. This role is ideal for experienced RNs looking to work within a high-performing, collaborative team.A dynamic full-time opportunity with exposure to a wide range of surgeriesWork/life balance with 3 12's scheduleAccess to continuing education and leadership support Inclusive culture grounded in teamwork, trust, and shared purpose  What We're Looking For: Education:- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.- If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.Experience: One year of acute nursing experience required.Licensure/Certification/Registration: - Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required. What You'll Do: Circulating in the ORPatient positioning during surgeryEnsure equpiment is set up properlyManaging the OR during surgeryUnderstand what the procedures are and what equipment is needed by the surgeon
