This role focuses on leading service technicians and installation crews while ensuring daily operations follow company policies, service standards, and operational goals.Supervise and motivate service technicians and installation crewsCoordinate activity between the office and the field to support daily operationsTrain, manage, and evaluate field technicians in partnership with the Operations ManagerConduct ride-alongs and provide performance feedback to techniciansEnsure repairs and installations meet quality standards and permitting requirementsCommunicate and monitor department goals and performance expectationsManage workloads and schedules to optimize manpower and operational efficiencySupport effective dispatching and communicate issues to call center leadershipAssist technicians with field related challenges and technical questionsResolve customer concerns to support service satisfactionEnforce OSHA safety standards and support a strong safety cultureSupport company goals, service opportunities, and membership retention when applicablePerform administrative duties including technician paperwork, evaluations, and expense reportsUphold and reinforce company policies, ethics, and team standardsHiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.Plumbing license preferred, not requiredHigh school diplomaValid driver’s licenseBasic computer proficiency including Microsoft OfficeStrong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of current plumbing code requirementsUnderstanding of accounting and financial principles related to the plumbing industryAbility to work extended hours when requiredAbility to work in both office and field environmentsApollo Plumbing & Rooter is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
