You’ll:Review plans and specs to build precise, competitive estimates for site development, road construction, excavation, and utility projectsLead the entire bid process; coordinate pricing from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractorsProduce clear, accurate bids for both hard bid and negotiated projectsMentor junior estimators and guide team successCollaborate with project managers and field ops to align estimating with executionConduct site visits and provide insight during planning and project deliveryHiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.Minimum 5 years of hands-on estimating experience in civil constructionProven background in site development, utility work, road construction, or heavy civil projectsProficiency with estimating software such as HCSS Heavy Bid, Agtek, and PlanswiftStrong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and drive resultsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredAlliance Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
