($30/hr - $42/hr depending on experience and nursing license)8 Days of PTO AccrualMedical, Dental, & Vision Plans (Full Time Employees)401k Retirement Plan with a 4% employer match after 1st year (Available to all)Paid orientation prior to your startOn-call Clinical Supervisor support during school hoursResponsibilities may include:Working 1:1 with a patient directly in the school with one or more of the following conditions (G-tube, trach, catheter, diabetes, seizures)Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parentsProvide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnessesDevelop and implement emergency response plans and drillsMaintain accurate and confidential health recordsCommunicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up careAbility to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of timePotential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)Qualifications:Active, Texas Nursing License (Active Compact License Acceptable)CPR/BLS certificationCurrent negative TB result*Training Provided*:Seizure Disorder educationDiastat administrationInsulin injections and pumpsDiabetic ManagementMedication AdministrationG-tube feedingsTracheostomy CareAbout Ro HealthRo Health is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing agency.
