Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. • Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services. Additional Details: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
