Clean Tech is seeking a highly skilled Fabricator who takes pride in precision welds, clean layouts, and quality workmanship at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. This role is ideal for a fabricator who enjoys complex builds, tight tolerances, and problem-solving in an industrial environment.Direct Hire / Long-Term StabilityPremium Pay – $28/hr+ depending on experienceBonuses – $1,500 referral bonuses + perfect attendance bonusesOvertime – Time and a half over 40 hours; Double time SundaysWhat You’ll Be DoingPerform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operationsPerform high-quality welding on metal materials of all typesFabricate custom components, fixtures, frames, guards, and process equipment from prints or field measurementsExecute clean, cosmetic, and structural TIG welds meeting tight tolerancesIndependently layout, fit, and fabricate parts with minimal supervisionRead and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsTroubleshoot and improve existing equipment through custom fabrication solutionsCollaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support production efficiencyMaintain a professional, organized, and safety-first fabrication environmentWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience producing precision, cosmetic, and structural weldsStrong fabrication background: layout, fitting, measuring, and finishingAbility to read and build from detailed blueprints and schematicsHigh mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial fabrication processesExperience with MIG, Stick & TIG weldingExperience working with heavy industrial equipment and machinerySelf-motivated, detail-oriented craftsman who values quality over speedClean Tech is an Equal Opportunity EmployerIn order to process your job application, Clean Tech Recycling collects and stores the personal information that you submit via this website.
