Effectively functions as a facilitator, change agent and consultant. Works closely with laboratory leadership to ensure employees working in the Clinical Laboratory are trained and competent to perform the job functions for which they are hired. Coordinates the laboratory quality management program. Identifies problems and opportunities for performance improvement and works with laboratory leadership to implement changes and monitor performance improvement. Promotes standardization of laboratory policies and procedures. Coordinates and maintains the laboratory Document Control program. Maintains the Clinical Laboratory Website.
