Shift Leader - 12 Hr Night

Plastipak Production Shift Leaders, are responsible for overall production operations across the site on the night shift.  You assure smooth and efficient performance within and across the production floor, providing supervision, guidance & assistance to Production Technicians.You Will Shift Leaders on the production floor to help ensure efficient bottle and container production.  Ensure products are in accordance with customer specified requirements.Ensure team members practice safe work habits by leading by example & promoting a strong safety culture.Coordinate work assignments & training, providing coaching & guidance to Technicians.Report on the effectiveness and performance of production activities to the production manager.Have a continued focus on shifts’ overall performance (safety, quality, reliability, and scrap progress towards goals).
