Description We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Applicatoin Developer to support a Contract Management Tool, a mission-critical platform designed to modernize financial planning, execution tracking, and audit readiness for the Department of Defense (DoD). This developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure full-stack solutions that support program transparency, fiscal responsibility, and operational agility.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable, secure full stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologiesCollaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and mission stakeholders to define, develop, and implement financial tool capabilitiesIntegrate with DoD financial management systems and ensure data compliance with government regulationsBuild RESTful APIs and microservices that ensure clean, secure data pipelinesApply secure coding practices in accordance with DoD STIGs and RMF guidelinesImplement role-based access controls and maintain system integrity through audit-compliant designParticipate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, testing, and release processesSupport DevSecOps pipeline integration and CI/CD automationMust be able toRequired Skills & ExperienceTop Secret Clearance (TS/SCI Preferred or Eligible )This is a hybrid on-site and remote position.8+ years of full stack development experience supporting web-based applicationsStrong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)Back-end expertise with C#, Node.js, .NET Core, Java, or PythonExperience with SQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databasesKnowledge of DevSecOps, Git version control, and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GovCloud)Strong understanding of application security, RBAC, and API developmentExperience working within DoD or federal IT environmentsNice to HaveBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldFamiliarity with DoD budgeting processes (e.g., POM, O&M, RDT&E)Experience developing financial or audit-traceable platformsUnderstanding of STIGs, ACAS scanning, RMF documentation, and system hardeningPrior work on software tools used for budget forecasting, contract execution, or manpower allocationIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
