Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You’ll Be DoingLead safe, efficient, and compliant operations across multiple cement terminals, including logistics coordination for rail, truck, and barge movementsOversee terminal staffing, workflow planning, and maintenance programs to ensure operational reliabilitySupport Terminal Managers in inventory management, customer service, and collaboration with sales teamsDrive continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with agencies, transportation partners, and port officialsGuide construction, retrofit, and capital projects from planning through execution in partnership with internal stakeholdersWhat We Are Looking ForOperational Leadership in cement and Industrial terminals, demonstrated ability to oversee high volume cement handling, storage, and distribution while maintaining strict adherence to safety environmental compliance, and quality standardsMechanical and maintenance expertise, strong understanding of mechanical systems such as conveyors, bucket elevators, compressors, dust collection systems and pneumatic transport.
