MANTECH seeks an experience and mission focused Senior CNO Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD. In this role, you will contribute to the development of mission-critical cyber capabilities and lead efforts in advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO) and drive technical excellence in CNO development. You’ll be part of a dynamic team working on next-generation solutions that safeguard national security systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Designing and developing new hardware- or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilitiesManaging the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systemsDesign and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developedApplying expert knowledge of network and security concepts to support capability developmentCommunicating status updates and technical progress to leadership and stakeholdersEnsuring software quality and compliance with development standards Minimum Qualifications:BS degree in a technical discipline and 8+ years of technical work experience, or MS Degree in a technical discipline and 6+ years of technical work experience, or High school diploma and 12+ years of technical work experienceExperience in Python and C/C++ programming languagesExperience with troubleshooting and debuggingExperience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, or network devices)Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programmingExperience with developing CNO capabilitiesExperience leading technical CNO solutions Preferred Qualifications:Experience in software analysis or reverse engineeringExperience with assembly language programmingExperience with unit testing frameworks and practicesExperience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible) Clearance Requirements:Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance and be willing and able to obtain another polygraph prior to start, if required Physical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
