Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. • Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months Requirements: • Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated. Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract. RN jobs in the following units: Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, ED/ER, Endoscopy, any ICU/critical care, IR, LTAC ICU, Med-Surg/Tele, Tele, PACU, Stepdown/PCU are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of charge experience is required. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Preferred Skills/Experience: Ventilator, CVP, Aline, Swan, EV-1000, ICP competencies (training available). Preferred Credentials: ONS/ONCC certification. Chemotherapy certification. Special Requests: RTO needed upfront (7 or less days required per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved including after submission. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend requirement. Floating Requirements: Float to med/surg and PCU units (same level of care).
