Serving as a liaison for residents, families, and staff, you’ll tailor service plans to individual needs. Supported by our experienced Regional and Corporate teams, you’ll help cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence in care and hospitality. If you have nursing management experience in large-scale senior living and a passion for learning, leading, and inspiring others, we’d love to connect with you!YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for overall compliance of clinical services & programs including accuracy of medication administrationWorks collaboratively and facilitates communication with physician offices, ancillary services, responsible parties and internal care teams to deliver quality resident careWorks efficiently to complete timely resident assessments and to develop and initiate the care and service planSupports and assists in day-to-day care and clinical needs as neededConducts interviewing and hiring, evaluates employee performance, provides coaching and employee training, and delegates assignments for all direct reportsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSActive LVN, LPN or RN license requiredMinimum two years nursing managerial experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL) , Memory Care (ALZ) or Senior Living communitySuccessful demonstration of exceptional organizational, communication, & customer service skillsAbility to work flexible schedules in 24 hour operation including weekends as neededConsistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the communityPlease note that the above Responsibilities and Qualifications provide a general overview of the primary duties for this role and the basic qualifications.
