Mobile Plumber

Our client, a leading provider in the building maintenance and construction industry, is seeking a Mobile Plumber to join their team. As a Mobile Plumber, you will be part of the plumbing division supporting commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mobile Plumber Location:New York, NY Pay Range:  What's the Job? Oversee the daily operation of water and sewerage systems at various sites. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics for accurate repairs and installations. Conduct Backflow Certifications for multiple clients, ensuring compliance and safety. Collaborate with maintenance staff and clients to determine the best approach for repairs and installations. What's Needed? Valid state driver’s license and a minimum of 4 years of plumbing trade school or equivalent training. At least 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience, including commercial plumbing background. Journeyman plumbing license and gas certification are required; backflow certification or ability to obtain within 90 days. Knowledge of OSHA standards and local plumbing codes. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. What's in it for me? Union position with a pay rate of $53.01/hour upon conversion.
