Commercial HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive within this organization. Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician Location: Rochester, NY Pay Range: $35-$37/hr. What's the Job? Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and facilities. Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems. Travel between various facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems. Maintain responsibility for preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contracted services. Monitor HVAC systems, perform inspections, calibrate equipment, and replace parts to ensure optimal performance. What's Needed? High School Diploma or Equivalent. 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. EPA Universal Certification.
