Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You'll Be DoingSafely operate terminal equipment to load, unload, and transfer materials.Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.Monitor product quality and ensure accurate documentation.Support safe, efficient terminal operations through effective communication and teamwork.Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.What Are We Looking ForFamiliar with unloading railcars, running a track mobile, maintenance skills, loading and unloading flatbed trailers with a forklift.Strong mechanics and usage with tools.Capability to operate and troubleshoot heavy machinery and equipment.Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.Dependability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to daily tasks.Work EnvironmentThis role works in an industrial terminal environment with exposure to weather, moving equipment, and varying noise levels. Personal protective equipment is provided and required.
