About this Job: Acute Rehabilitation Unit 5 O'NeilMedStar Good Samaritan Hospital  Join us as a Clinical Nurse on O’Neil 5, a 30-bed Acute Inpatient Rehab Unit, where you’ll care for patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, joint replacements, limb salvage, and stable tracheostomies, as well as those requiring heparin drips. With an average patient length of stay of about 10 days, nurses have the opportunity to build meaningful connections and actively contribute to measurable rehabilitation goals. Our team-centered, patient-focused environment promotes collaboration and the delivery of high-quality care. Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
