Our operation is a mix of cafes, catering, coffee bar and a daycare feeding This is a high-impact, visible leadership role ideal for a chef who excels in innovation, training, and multi‑unit operations—and who is passionate about raising culinary standards across diverse service lines. What You'll Do: What You’ll Lead as Sr. Area Executive ChefCulinary Strategy & InnovationServe as the culinary lead across all four HCA locationsDevelop and execute innovative café and catering programsImplement and ensure compliance with Modern Recipe, the Sodexo culinary brandDrive menu creativity, seasonal offerings, and exceptional food presentationOperational & Quality LeadershipEnsure culinary consistency across all sites, elevating standards and guest experienceLead health, food safety, and sanitation initiativesConduct weekly culinary calls with site-level chefsVisit one location weekly to complete audits and coachingTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead and develop a team of 7 salaried Executive Chefs across the regionProvide hands-on training, mentorship, and skill developmentBuild a collaborative culinary culture grounded in excellence and innovationCafé & Catering ExcellenceServe as the on-site Executive Chef at the headquarters campusGuide daily culinary operations for cafés and high-volume cateringSupport special events, menu rollouts, and high-profile client engagements What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
