General Manager / Chef Manager

Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a General Manager/Chef Manager to lead operations at a private high school in Detroit, MI. We’re looking for a dynamic leader with strong culinary management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and develop teams. In this role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day dining operations, ensure high standards for quality and safety, and create a welcoming, student‑focused dining experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable engaging daily with students, faculty, and staff. This position offers meaningful involvement within the school community along with a primarily Monday–Friday schedule. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools.
