Role Overview: Join a team that embraces your passion for working with people — mentoring them as they achieve personal and professional goals while delivering exceptional patient care.  Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for Lehigh Valley Hospital–Pocono, a 230-bed hospital campus with more than 215 physicians on medical staff. What You'll Do: Direct and manage daily patient feeding operations, including tray line execution and meal delivery processesLead, mentor, and develop frontline union staff to ensure high engagement and accountabilityFoster a culture of hospitality and service excellence focused on patient satisfactionAnalyze patient satisfaction data and implement action plans to drive continuous improvementServe as liaison between nursing units and the dietary department to address patient menu and meal concernsEnsure compliance with HACCP, regulatory, food safety, and workplace safety standardsTrain and coach staff on food safety, sanitation, and service expectationsManage scheduling, staffing, and operational priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
