We provide the truck, training, and even pay for your CDL to help you grow your career.What You’ll DoParticipate in classroom, yard, and on-the-road training to prepare for the CDL examLearn and follow DOT regulations and company safety standardsAssist with pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsPractice safe vehicle operation under the supervision of a certified trainerDevelop knowledge of routes, delivery procedures, and customer servicePerform general labor or warehouse tasks when not in training What We’re Looking ForMinimum age: 21+ (per DOT requirements)Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningStrong work ethic and willingness to learnDependable, safety-focused, and customer-service orientedAbility to lift 75lbs as neededWhat We OfferPaid CDL training programAll training materials, testing fees, and licensing costs coveredCompetitive starting pay during trainingPay increase once CDL is obtainedFull benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), etc.)Career path to full-time CDL Driver rolesOngoing support and professional developmentSchedulePay Range | $18 - $24 per hourMonday - Friday, 5:00 AM – Route CompleteWe Keep Our Promises!At Papillion Sanitation, we believe in empowering our employees.
