You may partner with a (Sr.) Specialty Account Manager or Executive Business Manager in high-volume territories, or independently manage emerging markets and pilot opportunities.You will build foundational specialty knowledge across Urology, Endocrinology, and/or Primary Care while developing strong selling capabilities and delivering compliant, high-quality customer engagement. You will be responsible for driving demand through targeted account planning, effective clinical dialogue, and consistent execution, increasing the prescribing of Halozyme products and sustaining territory performance.In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:Deliver company-approved, compliant sales presentations to target prescribers and their office staffUtilize company-provided data and segmentation insights to plan and execute productive sales callsEducate physicians and nurses on Halozyme product labeling and patient self-injection techniquesCoordinate and deliver lunch-and-learn programs and speaker programsBuild and maintain an in-depth knowledge of managed health care plans, state and federal reimbursement policies, and prescription pull-through strategiesPartner with accounts to ensure appropriate patient access and pull-through strategiesCollaborate effectively with Commercial Home Office, Medical Affairs, and Key Opinion LeadersExceed quarterly and annual sales goalsMaintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policiesTo succeed in this role, you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree requiredTwo or more years of pharmaceutical selling experience or related outside sales experienceKnowledge of managed care and prescription pull-through tacticsStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to analyze data and apply insights into territory executionDemonstrated collaboration skills and change agilityAbility to effectively manage a large, dynamic geographic territoryValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to travel as necessary or required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travelIn return, we offer you:Full and comprehensive benefit program, including an Employee Stock Purchase Program and 401(k) matchingOpportunities to grow in a culture that prioritizes learning, development and progression through in-house programs and tuition reimbursementA collaborative, innovative team that works as one to amplify your impact—on your career, the work you do and patients’ livesThe most likely base pay range for this position is $79,000 – $110,000 per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual’s exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Halozyme.
