Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. • Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months. Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Required Credentials: Must have PCI experience. RNs must be able to scrub. RN jobs in the following units: Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, ED/ER, Endoscopy, any ICU/critical care, IR, LTAC ICU, Med-Surg/Tele, Tele, PACU, Stepdown/PCU are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. Preferred Skills/Experience: Pacemaker experience is highly preferred. Prefer experience with procedural sedation. Shift & Scheduling: 1 weeknight of call every week - self-sign up, starts when the department closes for the day. Manager schedules weekend call in rotation for all staff. 1 full weekend every 5 weeks. Holiday call covered by call - self-sign up, will be assigned if no one signs up. Call response time: 30mins. Floating Requirements: Could potentially float to IR. RNs could also potentially float to ACU (ambulatory care unit) to assist with admissions. First to float.
