Water Pre-Treatment Tech

Assist in maintaining the wastewater systems and equipment performing preventive maintenance. Perform chemical mixing for water treatment process. Break down, repair and replace pumps. Diagnose and fix low voltage equipment, D.O. probes, Ph. meters, Level transducers, etc. Repair equipment as necessary Wire motors for equipment, lights and switches. Replace belts and properly align motor and blower. Maintain maintenance logs. Maintain accurate wastewater treatment logs. Conduct basic lab analyses and perform simple calculations. Water treatment system operations experience. Centrifugal pump, VFD and motor control experience. Knowledge of fluid dynamics. Industrial electric - 480 3 phase. Welding experience preferred. Must have own tool box (specialty tools will be provided).
