KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs the duties and responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech and occasional housekeeping staff shift coverage as needed. Installs, maintains and repairs building maintenance and cosmetics, etc. Reads and interprets equipment manuals, written specifications, work orders, mechanical and architectural drawings, schematics, etc. Prepares material lists and purchase requisitions for materials, required for assigned projects in accordance with plan specifications and design, departmental procedures, etc. Coordinates work with other staff and coordinates work schedule with other trade mechanics and on site such as electricians, HVAC mechanics, plumbers, carpenters, etc. to ensure timely completion of projects.
