This role requires a strong background in critical care, with experience in handling complex cases such as CRRT, ECMO, and neuro surgeries. You'll be part of a dedicated team that includes 24/7 intensivist and hospitalist support, as well as respiratory therapists assigned around the clock. Administer and titrate drips including Precedex, pressors, anti-arrhythmics, and sedationPerform bedside procedures such as tracheostomies, CT insertions, and bronchoscopyInterpret telemetry strips with support from tele monitor techsParticipate in organ recovery proceduresCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient careEngage in a rotating weekend and holiday scheduleComplete a 12-hour orientation shift on the unitUtilize Allscripts for charting and documentationAdhere to a black scrub color dress codeRequired certifications include ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS, with PALS preferred. Experience in Level 2 trauma centers or higher is essential, and proficiency in CRRT and sheath pulling is highly preferred.
