Our team values collaboration, positivity, and delivering exceptional oral health care to every patient.Schedule, Full TimeMonday - ThursdayDuties & ResponsibilitiesPerform routine prophylaxis (dental cleanings) to remove plaque and tartarApply sealants and other preventive treatmentsReview medical and dental histories and perform oral health assessmentsConduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal evaluationsTake, develop, and interpret dental radiographs (digital X-rays and panographs)Perform scaling and root planing for patients with periodontal diseaseDocument patient findings, treatment plans, and clinical notes accuratelyEducate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and nutrition for long-term oral healthExplain procedures and help patients feel comfortable and informed during visitsCollaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to provide comprehensive careFollow infection control and sterilization protocols at all timesRequirementsValid Dental Hygienist licenseMinimum of 5 years of clinical experience preferredAbility to administer local anesthesiaNitrous oxide certification preferredStrong periodontal therapy skillsComfortable using digital radiography and panographsExcellent communication and patient education skillsPositive, team-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building abilitiesPay & Compensation$55–$58+ per hour depending on experience401(k)Paid Time Off (PTO)Practice EnvironmentFee-for-service practice focused on quality careFriendly and relaxed team cultureCollaborative team of approximately 7 staff membersSingle practice locationWe are looking for a hygienist who understands that modern dental hygiene is about more than cleanings — it’s about building relationships, educating patients, and supporting lifelong oral and overall health.
