PM - School Electrification

Our client, a leader in sustainable infrastructure and environmental initiatives, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be  supporting the Clean Green Schools Initiative.  Job Title: Project Manager - Clean Green Schools  Location: Remote - Northeast Region (estimated 1-2 on-site meetings per year) Pay Range: $45-$55/HR (Depending on experience) What's the Job? Manage large, complex, long-term school district retrofit projects from initiation to completion, including contract development, scheduling, and budgeting. Coordinate and communicate effectively with project contacts such as schools, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution. Resolve issues that arise during project implementation, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. Support and develop tracking and reporting systems for project progress and outcomes. Participate in program evaluation, develop strategic recommendations, and support process improvements across projects. What's Needed? 3-6 years of experience managing large, complex, long-term construction projects. Technical knowledge related to the P-12 school sector and energy-related projects. Experience assessing technical documentation, including design documents. Proficiency with project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or similar platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and develop strong stakeholder relationships. What's in it for me?
