Pharmaceutical care is the evaluation, distribution, and monitoring of prescribed therapy which provide positive patient outcomes. Maintains current California Pharmacist license. This position may require flexibility of hours.EDUCATION:Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy preferred.
