Location: Asheville, North Carolina Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Total Compensation (base + incentive): $100,000+ per year About the Role We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join a dynamic outpatient team dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. What You’ll Do As a Physical or Occupational Therapist specializing in handy therapy, you'll work with a diverse patient population to treat upper extremity conditions. You’ll Be Responsible For: Developing and adjusting individualized plans of care for hand, wrist, elbow, and related upper extremity conditions Educating patients on managing conditions, modifying activities, and preventing injuries Documenting progress using Raintree EMR Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Participating in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program Active Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or actively working toward certification Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting Ready to Make a Difference?
