Medical Surgical Oncology - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 22 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. • Travel experience is preferred from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry Interpretation, Telemetry monitoring, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Starting and maintaining IVs, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Must meet experience requirements within the 3 most recent years, You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing, RTO required with submission, must be built into contract, B450 monitors GE telemetry system, Bladder Scanner, Alaris pumps, Stryker beds. Preferred Skills/Experience: ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED!, Accessing/Managing Ports, Administration of chemotherapy, Tracheostomy care/management, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias. Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. Preferred Credentials: ONS Chemo. The AM team will find the best fit for the clinician. Shift & Scheduling: Weekends - variable based on unit needs, First week of orientation is Mon - Fri dayshift. Second week is 36hrs of on-unit orientation with a preceptor. Floating Requirements: to other MedSurg Oncology units. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
