Dishwasher/Steward

**You will get a shift meal but you can not take any food downstairs or home with you. • Maintain and clean inventory of small wares, utensils, and kitchen supplies • Works with chemicals and cleaning supplies to keep area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary • Maintains safe and sanitary working conditions for kitchen personnel • Other duties as assigned • Other duties may be assigned ***General Requirements*** General responsibilities when working a Dishwasher job assignment can include: Collect used kitchenware from dining and or kitchen areas Load and unload dishwashing machine, ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes Hand wash specific items according to assigned procedures Store and restock clean kitchenware Maintain cleaning supplies stock, transfer cleaning supplies between storage and work area Keep a clean and orderly workstation Comply with all sanitation and safety policies and procedures Wash work tables and other food prep areas to cleanliness standards
