Job DescriptionThe EVS Director - Healthcare Medical Office Buildings, is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all facility solutions to ensure all health and safety standards are met. Leads the operations of facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations. Responsible for servicing and/or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications.Compensation & BenefitsCOMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Job ResponsibilitiesOperationsPlans, controls, and directs all cleaning, sanitizing, and waste?removal functions within a healthcare facility to meet operating goals, financial targets, client expectations, and customer needs.LeadershipHolds full ownership and accountability for operational management and financial performance of the unit.Models strong leadership behaviors and ensures the highest levels of safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, and consumers.Coaches employees to establish clear expectations on goals and execution.Recognizes and rewards employee contributions.Identifies, engages, and develops top talent, supporting team members in reaching their full potential.Plans and leads team management meetings.Ensures adherence to safety and sanitation standards across all operations.Client RelationshipEstablishes and maintains strong client and customer relationships that support mutual business success.Identifies client needs, provides updates on operational progress, and ensures expectations are met or exceeded.Demonstrates and models WEST principles to deliver excellent customer service.Supports new business development and client retention efforts.Develops and implements programs (facilities, custodial, energy, grounds, or maintenance) that meet client specifications and service requirements.Financial PerformanceDrives revenue growth and manages the department budget, including labor, supplies, and inventory cost controls.Ensures accurate completion and maintenance of all department financial statements.Oversees and delivers on both client and company financial targets.Implements all Aramark processes and systems, eliminating custom or manual reporting.Interprets performance metrics, operational data, and inventory trends; educates teams on key drivers that improve margins.ProductivityImplements and maintains GM agenda requirements for labor management and total quality management.Creates value through efficient operations, effective cost control, and strong profit management.Ensures consistent application of Aramark operating standards and processes (Operational Excellence), with emphasis on sustainability, energy?reduction initiatives, and labor productivity standards.QualificationsRequires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental servicesRequires up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferredRequires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceModel key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and consumersAbout AramarkOur MissionRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.At Aramark, we believe that every employee should enjoy equal employment opportunity and be free to participate in all aspects of the company.
