Soldering Technician / Electronics Assembler

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail oriented  Soldering Technician  to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling, soldering, and repairing circuit boards used in electronic devices. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electronic components and possess strong attention to detail to ensure high quality workmanship and functionality.Key Responsibilities:Assemble and solder circuit boards used in electronic devicesWork with components such as resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuitsInspect and test circuit boards to ensure proper connections and performanceIdentify and troubleshoot defects or connectivity issuesFollow technical diagrams, schematics, and work instructionsMaintain quality control standards during the assembly processFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsQualifications:Experience with soldering and electronic assembly preferredFamiliarity with electronic components and circuit boardsAbility to read technical diagrams or schematicsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to troubleshoot and identify assembly issuesTechnical training or certifications in electronics is a plusSkills:Precision and steady handsProblem solving and troubleshooting abilitiesStrong focus on quality and accuracyAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
