Parts Representative - Heavy Equipment

Job Summary:We are seeking a dependable and customer focused  Parts Sales and Customer Service Associate  to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with parts sales, maintaining inventory, supporting the retail sales floor, and ensuring accurate receiving and delivery of parts. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service while assisting with parts sales and inquiriesRecord customer transactions and sales using company systems and tools (PFW)Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts departmentAssist in maintaining retail displays and sales floor standardsSupport inventory control by reporting discrepancies and assisting with cycle countsEnsure customers receive the correct parts in a timely mannerReceive, ship, and store parts in accordance with company and regulatory guidelinesPick up and deliver parts for customers and vendors when neededMark and store parts in the stockroom according to established proceduresAssist with inventory counts as directed by the Parts ManagerMaintain positive working relationships with coworkers, management, and vendorsParticipate in company meetings, communications, and training opportunitiesFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsMaintain reliable attendance and perform additional duties as assignedQualifications:Previous experience in parts sales, inventory, or customer service preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic computer skills and ability to use inventory systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift and move parts and materials as needed
