Management Analyst

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Patuxent River, MD.  This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at a government location.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Analyze cyber program requirements, status, budget, and schedulesPerform program management, technical, or business case analysesParticipates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product TeamsTrack program/project status and schedulesDevelopment of project level cyber processes, standards, and proceduresDevelopment, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project cyber technical requirements and performanceTravel up to 25% within the continental United States in support of customer needsMinimum Qualifications:High School diploma or GED1+ years of experience performing work related to cyber-related effortsPreferred Qualifications:1+ years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs or related organizationsBe familiar with the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operationsExperience with collaborating across various aviation organizationsClearance Requirements:Must be a US Citizen and have a current and active Secret clearancePhysical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
