This position will be full‑time contract, and hybrid in Wilmington, DE.What You’ll DoLead multiple medium‑sized projects, serving as the primary project ownerSupport the definition, planning, and execution of product and technology initiatives in partnership with executive sponsors (Director level) and key management stakeholdersDrive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver programs and strategic initiatives that achieve targeted business resultsOversee daily project operations, including budget management and resource planning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of qualityProactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, maintaining and regularly reviewing the risk registerDevelop and execute communication plans that provide clear, accurate, and timely project updatesTranslate complex concepts and data into concise, accessible information for audiences at all levels of the organizationFoster a customer‑first mindset by building strong stakeholder relationships, understanding business needs, and evaluating customer impact in all project decisionsManage portfolio governance to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and prioritiesGather, analyze, document, and maintain business requirements throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and maintain traceability matrices to ensure alignment between requirements, deliverables, and outcomesFacilitate project intake and prioritization based on strategic goals, resource availability, and business impactCreate and manage dashboards to monitor portfolio performance, financials, and executive‑level status reportingDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverablesStandardize project management tools, templates, and methodologies across the portfolioPerform additional duties as needed or assignedWhat You’ll NeedRequired:Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree4–5 years of project management experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadershipIT background with broad infrastructure experienceDemonstrated experience managing project budgets and financialsProven risk management and mitigation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships across the organizationPreferred:Experience leading or supporting application migrations to the cloudKnowledge of cybersecurity principles and practicesExperience with application development projectsPrior experience with portfolio management dashboardsExperience with MS Teams, MS Project, and Power BIPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional movement to attend meetingsAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor#LI-GR1Reasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$90,000 - $100,000 per yearThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
