Marketing Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the energy efficiency sector, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be an essential part of the Corporate Marketing division, supporting multiple marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless operational flow.  Job Title: Marketing Project Manager Location: Remote Pay Range: $40-$45/HR  What's the Job? Manage and coordinate multiple marketing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Create, organize, and assign tasks using project management tools, tracking progress to ensure timely completion. Maintain comprehensive documentation of project goals, deliverables, costs, and deadlines for transparency and accountability. Facilitate effective communication by documenting meeting notes, summarizing key decisions, and providing clear updates to stakeholders. Support reporting and performance tracking by interpreting marketing metrics and preparing dashboards for leadership review. What's Needed? At least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing project management or related fields. Basic understanding of marketing workflows and familiarity with Google GA4 Analytics. Experience with project management software and workflow intake systems. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support reporting dashboards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality control. What's in it for me?
