Job InfoJob Location: Memphis, TNRoute Type: RegionalType of Assignment: FlexTransmission Type: AutomaticJob RequirementsExperience: 2+ yearsHandling: No-touch freightAdditional InformationCDL A Driver | Local | Tanker | Dayshift Loader/$27 hr | Memphis, TN TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Memphis, TN. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.  CDL A Driver Details  Schedule: Mon-Fri, 3 am-4 am start time, 40-50 hours per week. Occasional overnight with additional pay. Pay: $27/hr plus $110 for occasional layover Route Type: Local Freight / Load Type: Responsible for loading the tankers with liquid sucrose and be able to stage the loaded trailers. Driver will also serve as backfill for any drivers that call out/ sick. Potentially be asked to help with railcar unloading and product transferring as well. Equipment: Tanker, Automatic Handling: Light Touch, Hook, and pump liquid using hydraulic PTO CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:   License: CDL A Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience  Endorsements: Tanker Equipment Experience: Tanker Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements  CDL A Driver Responsibilities:   Safely operate equipment on local routes  Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards  Perform required handling tasks, including hook and pump using hydraulic PTO Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations  Meet the physical demands of the role Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off  401(k)  Referral program   Why Work With TransForce?  Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
